Here are a few pics of the French Toast I made this morning.

Really simple to make and offers a unique moderately-healthy sweet breakfast.

The recipe called for white bread but we had wholewheat bread with a white bread texture, so it was a great replacement.

The fruits are a must, for the look and taste.

My key is to drench each slice. It soaks up more flavour and you use less bread.
